Black Ink Crew - It's Official

SO I found a new show to add to the Monday night rotation! After Love & Hip Hop goes off, Black Ink Crew goes on. This show follows the lives of the works at a tattoo shop called, Black Ink. Along with interesting tattoos, these workers also have interesting names. O'S****, being everyones favorite. I have yet to fully understand exactly how he got his name but I'm sure I will soon enough. I would have to say my favorite character at the moment is either Dutchess or Sassy. Sassy hasn't proved her name yet because she seems so chill and laid back! Which is why I can relate to her. She speaks when needed but is never extra, and I like that about her. Dutchess on the other hand is similar to me because whenever she feels a certain way it is written allllll over her face. She had to redraw a tattoo for customer one episode and every time he told her that he didn't like her emotions became that much more apparent.
There is also a rumor or suspicion right now that O'**** and her have some type of fling. He has mentioned numerous times how he is going to marry her and how her body is just right but dudes do that all the time, that doesn't mean that they're actually serious about it. Everyone thinks that they know for certain that are an item now because they showed up at a party after Cesear, the manager, fired O'**** for not taking his job serious enough and coming in whenever he wanted to. There is definitely a power struggle going on right now and Cesear, being a new boss, is trying to make sure everyone knows that he IS the boss and that he will be respected. Many of the other characters don't agree with how he decided to show who was boss but these were the same people telling him that he needed to stand up for himself and be assertive.
The problem in him firing O'**** is that they were apparently like brothers. But the question is, when do you separate business and friendship? If Ces felt that his friend was hindering the shop financially then he by all means had the right to fire him. He is, after all, the boss. He gets to make those type of decisions without consulting anyone, which is actually what he did. I'm not mad for what he did, they all know he is serious about his job now. Now they'll twice about doing things because indeed everyone can be replaced. That's a universal fact. DO your job and it will be one less thing you have to worry about it.
